How do I reset my password?

Go to the login screen and tap "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Can I change my goal after starting?

Yes! You can pause, modify, or delete your current goal at any time from the Goal screen. You can also add new goals while keeping your existing ones.

How does the AI generate my tasks?

Our AI analyzes your goal, timeline, available time, and progress to create personalized daily tasks. Tasks adapt based on your completion rate and feedback to ensure they're always achievable.

What happens if I miss a day?

Don't worry! Missing a day won't delete your progress. Your streak may reset, but you can always pick up where you left off. The AI will adjust future tasks to help you catch up.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Profile and scroll to the bottom to find "Delete Account". This will permanently remove all your data. If you need help, contact our support team.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your data is stored securely on Firebase servers and is never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
